POLICY OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND RETURNS.

- Full refund for cancellations made over 2 weeks prior to the day of the lesson.
- 30% cancellation fee if cancelled between 2 weeks and 3 days prior to the day of the lesson.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 2 days prior to the day of the lesson or on the day before the lesson.
- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations on the day of the lesson or no show

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Lift pass is not included. All participants must purchase an appropriate lift pass prior to the start of the service. If you are unsure about which lift pass is required, please feel free to contact us in advance.

• Equipment and clothing are not included. For participants who need to rent gear and/or clothing, we recommend Nozawa Sports Thanx, conveniently located in front of the Nagasaka Gondola building.

• Medical and travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate medical and travel insurance. We decline any responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur during our lessons or services. A Japan-specific option is the “TOKIO OMOTENASHI POLICY”, offered by the Japanese insurer Tokio Marine Nichido, also available through agents such as Best Partner.

• Weather conditions. The service will be provided regardless of weather conditions.

• Instructor’s lift pass in Nozawa Onsen.
  When lessons take place at Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, the instructor’s daily lift pass is not included in the lesson price and must be purchased by the participants and handed to the instructor at the meeting point prior to the start of the session.
  This is a standard condition for lessons in Nozawa Onsen. However, if participants prefer not to arrange the instructor’s lift pass, the instructor can purchase it directly, in which case a higher lesson fee will apply to cover the additional cost.
