POLICY OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND RETURNS.
- Full refund for cancellations made over 2 weeks prior to the day of the lesson.
- 30% cancellation fee if cancelled between 2 weeks and 3 days prior to the day of the lesson.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 2 days prior to the day of the lesson or on the day before the lesson.
- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations on the day of the lesson or no show

* Lift-pass is not included. All participants must purchase an adequate lift-pass prior to the start of the service. If in doubt
about the lift-pass that needs to be purchased, please kindly contact us.
* Gear and wear are not included. For participants needing to rent gear and/or wear, we recommend Nozawa Sports
